Appointments are highly recommended to help ensure we can see your pet promptly. We also accept walk-ins and same-day urgent-care cases, based on availability. Higher fees may apply to walk-in and urgent-care visits.

Yes! We proudly offer a limited number of drop-off appointments to help accommodate our clients’ busy schedules. Drop-off appointments are available by reservation only and are subject to availability.

To help us provide the best care for your pet, please bring any previous medical records, vaccine records, and a fresh stool sample if possible. If your pet has seen other veterinarians, having their complete medical history and current medications they may be on is especially helpful.

We recommend at least one wellness visit each year for healthy adult pets. Puppies and kittens, as well as senior pets, benefit from more frequent visits because their health needs can change more quickly. Puppies and kittens typically need several visits during their first year for vaccines, parasite prevention, growth monitoring, and developmental guidance. Senior pets may benefit from wellness visits at least every 6 months, allowing us to catch age-related changes early and help keep them comfortable and healthy.

For your convenience, we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We also offer third-party financing options for eligible clients who prefer to spread out the cost of veterinary care over time.Payment is due at the time services are provided.
